We help you define your vision, create a realistic budget, find and book your venue, source and coordinate all vendors, design an experience that reflects your love story, manage timelines, handle contracts, and execute flawlessly on your wedding day. You're involved as much or as little as you want—some couples love collaborative planning sessions, others prefer monthly check-ins and trust us to handle the details. Our systems are built to meet you at your pace, while you enjoy a wedding that's thoughtfully planned, beautifully designed, and seamlessly executed.

for couples who need execution
You've booked your vendors, finalized your vision, and handled most of the planning—now you’re ready for an experienced planner to bring it all together. Our services begin at a minimum of 6 weeks before your wedding, allowing us enough time to review all your contracts and plans, create a detailed timeline, coordinate with your vendor team, manage rehearsal, and run the entire wedding day so you can be fully present.
Please note, we only book event management once we are within a year of your wedding date. If you’re looking to secure a date with us over a year out and don’t require full planning support, we can customize a partial planning package for you.
Ideal for: Couples who've done most of the planning themselves, anyone who wants to enjoy their wedding day without managing logistics, those who need an experienced professional to bring their event to life better than they ever imagined it.

Once we have begun working together, we dive into detailed planning. For full-service clients, this means developing a budget, venue tours, vendor sourcing, and creating a design that reflects your own identity. For our partial planning clients, we dive into reviewing your current process, and develop a roadmap that will guide us through the rest of planning.
STEP 2: GETTING STARTED

We handle contracts, manage communication with vendors, keep your timeline on track, and make sure nothing is overlooked. Our processes are easily accessible for you to review at your pace, and can be easily shared with your excited loved ones.
STEP 3: the PLANNING PHASE

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we confirm every detail with your vendors, finalize our visual decor guides, send out personal timelines to your VIP guests, and make sure everyone involved in your wedding weekend, from vendors to family members, are ready for an incredible wedding.
STEP 4: FINAL DETAILS

This is where everything comes together. We're on-site managing your timeline, coordinating vendors, handling any surprises, and making sure you can be fully present. Your only job? Get married and celebrate with all your favorite people.
