STEP 1: THE CONSULTATION

Once we're working together, we build a comprehensive plan tailored to your event. This is where we nail down your vision, create timelines, recommend and book vendors, manage contracts, and handle all the logistics that make your event possible. Every part of our process is accessible for you to check in on, and get excited about how it is coming to life. You can be as involved as you’d like to be in this part of the process!

STEP 2: the planning phase

As your event approaches, we confirm every detail, coordinate with your vendor team, finalize timelines, and troubleshoot anything that needs attention. This is when you get to relax, knowing someone experienced is managing the moving parts. We keep you informed, answer your questions, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

STEP 3: the lead up

This is where your investment really pays off. We're the first ones on-site managing your timeline, coordinating vendors, handling the inevitable surprises, and making sure everything runs seamlessly. Your job? Show up and enjoy it. Bridget has been in events since her college internships in 2011, which means she's spent well over a decade turning other people's most important moments into memories they'll never forget. She brings the same energy to every event that she brings to everything else: full commitment, a lot of heart, and zero shortcuts.

From festivals to television to multimillion-dollar weddings—a career built on saying "yes" and never saying “impossible”

How we got here

Bridget didn't follow a traditional path into event production—she built one. Her career has zigzagged through large-scale music festivals, television production, nonprofit fundraisers, corporate conferences, and luxury destination weddings. Each experience taught her something different: festival management taught her how to think on her feet and have fun along the way, Film + TV production taught her technical production and how to tell a story through live experience, nonprofit work taught her how to do more with less, and luxury destination weddings taught her that details matter. A lot. 

That diverse background means she doesn't just know one type of event—she knows how to read a room, anticipate problems before they happen, stay calm under pressure, and adapt when plans inevitably change. She started Merilina Events because she wanted to bring all of that experience to clients who value creativity, collaboration, and someone who genuinely
